Guest House Ishigaki - Ishigaki (Okinawa)

I stayed in a cozy single room with air conditioning, which was a relief after wandering on a hot day. the shared bathroom was clean, but I had to schedule my showers carefully with others. I wished for a full-length mirror-important for us clean freaks! Haruko and Andy were like second parents, always helpful. I made new friends, which was a nice surprise. I felt at home and would happily return-though I might bring my own heavy-duty hair dryer next time!

It is an ideal hotel and the rooms are bright and the bathroom is big. The venue is in a fairly quiet area, close to a port.

The location was particularly good for exploring the area, it was just a short walk to the island, and there were many nice restaurants, shops, and the terminal nearby. The room was lovely and had comfortable beds.
